Please be aware that some deliveries are taking longer than usual at present as a result of the global pandemic.

Kinhood deliver to Ireland, Europe and internationally.

Shipping costs & policy

Ireland €6.95 - Irish orders are shipped with Fastway and are estimated to arrive within 3-5 working days. If you need something in a hurry, drop us a line at hello@kinhood.ie and we will try our best to help! 

Europe €16.95 - European orders are shipped with either An Post (tracked) or Parcelforce Worldwide and take 4-7 days (Covid will affect delivery times with some deliveries which is out of our control).

Worldwide (Price varies) - All international orders are shipped using either DHL or An Post tracked. We ship all around the world and the shipping fee will be calculated at checkout depending on the weight and size of your order and the location of the delivery.

Customs charges:

Any applicable customs charges, import duties and taxes are to be paid by the customer. Our estimated delivery times above do not account for any potential delays due to Covid and/or customs clearance.

Pre-orders:

Please be aware that some products are on pre-order and the expected arrival date is clearly specified at the top of the product description.

If your order contains items on pre-order, we will ship all of your items together once your pre-order items are ready, unless we have agreed to ship as two separate parcels before you place your order with us. You will be notified via email as soon as your pre-order has been despatched and is on its way to you.

At Kinhood we work closely with all of the brands that we stock to ensure we only deliver the best quality products. To ensure our boxes reach the expectant mama in perfect condition all orders are carefully packed and checked before shipping.

However, if any of the items have been damaged during shipping please let us know by email at hello@kinhood.ie within 7 days of receiving the order and we will do our best to make it right for you.

Please note: unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Refunds

If any of the items are found to be faulty and the same product is out of stock we will either send you a suitable replacement free of charge or refund the amount in full.
